To join the Commonwealth of Appraisers of Kazakhstan, the following documents must be provided:

• application;
• a copy of an identity document;
• a copy of the certificate of qualification “appraiser” (in the relevant specialisation);
• a certificate confirming the absence of any unexpunged or outstanding convictions for offences in the sphere of economic activity, as well as for intentionally committed medium-gravity crimes, serious crimes, or severe crimes;
• documents confirming the change of surname in case of discrepancy between the surname in the records and the identity documents;
• employment record book (from the first to the last page containing entries), or a copy of the employment contract with the appraiser – a legal entity, certified by the authorised person at the place of work;
• at least two letters of recommendation from members of the Board or from the Executive Body of the Commonwealth;
• a document confirming the absence of complaints and comments against him regarding his professional activities on issues of providing comments regarding another appraiser (including his performance results);
• other documents established by the Commonwealth.
