Control system
The Commonwealth, within the framework of the requirements prescribed by paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law, monitors Chamber members’ compliance with the Law, other regulatory legal acts, standards, and rules of the Chamber of Appraisers, as well as the Code of Business and Professional Ethics for Appraisers, and the terms of membership in the Chamber.
Basis for inspection:
– an appeal received by the Chamber of Appraisers:
– an appeal whose consideration does not require information from other entities or officials, or an on-site inspection, will be reviewed within fifteen calendar days of its receipt.
– an appeal whose consideration requires information from other entities or officials, or an on-site inspection, will be reviewed, and a decision will be made within thirty calendar days of its receipt.
The procedure for organising and conducting inspections and considering appeals regarding members of the Chamber of Appraisers is established by the Chamber of Appraisers.
