For the purpose of ensuring public trust in the integrity, transparency, and professionalism of appraisers, as well as consolidating the efforts of all appraisers toward the high-quality performance of independent valuation, appraisers are required to adhere to the requirements of the Model Code of Business and Professional Ethics for Appraisers, approved by Order No. 487 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2018, and the Code of Business and Professional Ethics for Appraisers of the Chamber of Appraisers of the Self-Regulatory Organization “Commonwealth of Appraisers of Kazakhstan”, approved by the General Meeting of the Commonwealth on September 5, 2024.
