At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Chamber of Appraisers “Self-Regulatory Organization ‘Commonwealth of Appraisers of Kazakhstan’”, the following issues will be considered (agenda):
- Approval of the Regulation on Membership in the Commonwealth;
- Election of members of the Audit Commission;
- Early termination of the powers of a member of the Board – Madina Zhanysovna Sarsenbekova (at her own initiative);
- Election of a member of the Board – 1 person.
Date of the General Meeting of the Commonwealth members:
January 14, 2026.
Start time for accepting ballots:
14:00, January 14, 2026.
End time for accepting ballots:
14:00, January 16, 2026 (48 hours from the start of ballot acceptance).
Form of the meeting: absentee participation using information and communication technologies.
Voting method: by completing ballots or using information and telecommunication communication tools (voting programs, etc.).
Ballots must be sent by Commonwealth members to the Commonwealth’s email address – palata2020@bk.ru, before the deadline for accepting ballots.
Meeting materials will be posted on the Commonwealth website.
Commonwealth members wishing to participate in the election of a Board member must submit an application to the Commonwealth with a résumé and other supporting materials by January 10, 2026.
