Appeals (complaints) are reviewed in accordance with the Requirements for the consideration by the Appraisers’ Chamber of Appeals Regarding Violations by its Members of the Requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Valuation Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter – the Law), as well as the standards and rules of the Appraisers’ Chamber, approved by Order No. 487 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2018.
