is a new association of appraisers established with the aim of uniting appraisers in Kazakhstan and protecting their professional interests.

The Commonwealth of Appraisers of Kazakhstan was established in 2019, and on January 1st, 2020, it was registered as a self-regulatory organization with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at the initiative of Kazakh appraisers.
 

The Commonwealth, as a self-regulating organization in the field of valuation activities, begins its activities on January 01, 2020.

In order to comply with the norms and rules in the field of valuation activities, the Commonwealth considers appeals from individuals and legal entities against the actions (inaction) of members of the Chamber of Appraisers.
 
The Complaints and Appeals Committee considers appeals from individuals and legal entities against the actions (inaction) of members of the Chamber of Appraisers in accordance with the Requirements for consideration by the Chamber of Appraisers of appeals regarding violations by its members of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Appraisal Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", standards and rules of the Chamber of Appraisers, approved by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 April 2018, No. 487.
